• You must be 14 years or older to join.
• By signing up, you confirm you have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

• Membership fee is ₹200/month, non-refundable once paid.
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal, UPI). We do not store your payment details.
• HyperClub reserves the right to revise pricing or membership plans with prior notice.

To maintain a safe, growth-oriented space, members agree to:

• Treat all members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
• Keep discussions focused on mentorship, growth, and challenges—not spamming, selling, or irrelevant content.
• Protect confidentiality. Do not share others' personal stories or details outside the community.
• Avoid illegal or harmful behavior.

• All materials shared by HyperClub (content drops, videos, challenges, etc.) are for personal use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of HyperClub content without written permission is prohibited.
• Any content you share remains yours, but by posting, you grant HyperClub a non-exclusive license to use it within the community.

• HyperClub provides mentorship, not professional therapy, financial advice, or guaranteed results.
• Progress depends on individual effort. HyperClub is not responsible for any outcomes (positive or negative) resulting from participation.
• We are not liable for technical issues, payment failures, or content interruptions caused by third parties.

• You may cancel your membership anytime, but refunds are not provided.
• HyperClub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or damage the community.

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of major changes.
• Continued use of HyperClub after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
